"air suam ye..."

Ha, indicates the story i'm about to type...
It all started when i read one of the entries from Miss Oshin love Blog, she did mention something bout porridge, n air suam that costs her rm 1.50...(blah..blah..blah..)

Nway, it all did started with the day 'harga barang naik' ... when our prime minister said it.

mula2 minyak, tepung, susu, gula, ...
after all that happened, the peniaga become more restrained or shall i say kedekut n bkira about the food they sell.
Usually, we can find medium sized (i mean really medium not small medium) karipap at the price of rm 0.30 sebiji..means, rm 1 for 3 karipaps.

Then the condense milk that was normally at the range of rm 1-1.50 per tin, become rm 2.00++ lately..
then, the oil that we use for cooking, (pehal la plak ni...) increase price . not to mention, susah plak nk jumpa... came to a point when i want to fry the what's left in my freezer- shocked! "ha! minyak xde??"

then, i reported the situation to my house CEO= MAMA!

Me:'mama, minyak abes. nnt jgn lupe pick one up sblm blek umah ye, tankiu!'

Mama: 'ala, minyak mmg xde.. xpayah la goreng2, nnt la mama cari.. tp skang da cari mmg xde..'

That is not a good news..(nway, lari ke arah topik semula)

there was once i worked as a salesperson....it was a long day, i stopped by at a mamak stall.
1st time, i asked air suam, he charged me rm 0.20..okayla, fine..

late that evening, before going back to my office, i asked for 2 air suam(jauh bjalan, penat kaki...byk bcakap, haus tekak..heeheehaa!) he charged me, rm 0.60. 

monolog: aik, bukan ke td satu = rm0.20? naik plak.. naseb la, ak ni penat nk gado2...ish!!!

n another case, my mom n my sis's n me went to a mamak stall (again!)..
p/s: we r the family who loves to drink air suam (bolah order smpai 10 cawan on 1 table! heeheehaa!)

we ordered foods, like i said, we ordered 6 air suam and coloured water as well. so, mama asked for the bill, this one ane count the total (kire, punye kire) came to a total of rm 24.00
okey la, normal price for 4 people rite? then, mama asked him to explain what he had counted, and each air suam is rm0.30. then, mama said "aik, mkn byk pon nk kira air suam? bukan air suam 20sen je ke??"(we all looked at him)

he startled n replied: xde2, air suam sudah naik harga!

me mumbling: semenjak bile? pandai je nk charge org ye...

so, you see, mlampau kn.. harga minyak yg naik, air pon naik jugak... mcm pepatah, naik minyak kn? heeheehaa!! not related at all!
Just a dare, if you guys went to eat out, even at malay stalls, if u asked them bout the air suam price, they might even say,: "xpela, sy xcharge."  see, easy n breezy!

So, thanks to miss oshin again, for bringing up this idea... This is me!

that was a line from a 'Customer Service Rep' from FIREFLY, answering my question about the xtra charge.

Yes, it will be my 1st time here to ride an airplane. i want to go to langkawi since, not doing anything. lepak je kt umah ni... there is this promo on going till 10 March 2011, bout tickets to langkawi at only rm 45. booking period from 1-10 March 2011. Traveling period from 5 March - 30 June 2011.

So, i decided to call in to call centre. 1st i spoke to this one man.
► hello encik. saya nk tau pasal promo rm 45. tiket ke langkawi.
◄ bila nak pegi ?
► 23/3 ni.
◄ balik?
► err..xtau lagi, so, tiket pegi je.
◄ maaf, tiket promo da abes utk hari yg cik nk pegi tu.
► oh ye ke? xpela. tanx.

n then, after hanging up the phone, i said 'hey, yg aku plak tkut ngn die pehal? asal ak xty mne yg ada promo?'

2nd time call in (its a lady):
◄ selamat mlm,sy ida, apa boleh sy bntu?
► ye cik ida, sy nk booking tiket ke langkawi.
◄ bpe aribulan ye?
► 23/3 ni.

► x..x.. sy pegi je dulu. bpe ye harga total?
◄ semuanya rm 118...(mind blank--blah..blah..blah..)
► (aik, since when price naik) errmm.. nk tye la. tiket rm 45 mmg xde lagi ke? utk tarikh lain?

► tlg terangkan xtra cas tu? sbb sy tgk online harga tiket sje rm 68.95 kn? (nada lembut yg mcm 'err,ak xtau ni')

So, there you have it. Clean n clear the conversations that i had with the two rep. i talked to.  So far, the call centres' i called in, Astro has got good names for their customer service executives.

But, as far for the ticket booking, i'm doing by online. considering Air Asia cost lots more, i would just have to stick to flying cheap as cheap as the service could get.

For companies which deals with customers in a larger scale, please train your staff as you would prefer customer to treat you the same way.

you know what I found annoying @ extremely annoying today?
Drivers on road. specifically cars on roads with silly drivers in them! (whadda??)
The main issue with drivers:
1-"where you're going, beach!?" (just being polite here..)
2-"the road is not yours, dude!"
3-"hey! i pay the road tax too!(dayummnn)"
4-"get out of my way! turtles to the left!"
5-"are you blind or sumthin'??" (seriously? high light?)
6-"i have my own radio! @ I hate your songs-shut up n drive!"
7-"hey! keep your trash!"
8-"keep your romance at home la, wey. @ get a room, la!"
9-"don't you dare reverse on me up this hill!"
10-"hellooo brother/sister~ can i get your number?" (whhaatt??)

Yes, unfortunately these are the only ones that i can come up with... being the driver is intense n stress. being the co-pilot as quoted by miss Maria Elena, is much stressfull as well..

it is for me, since i can't step on the brake or the speed pedal, i tend to step hardly on the carboard repeatedly (hinting the driver~ lalalala~)..heeheehaa!!

nways, its true. common errors on roads.. n going to type bout that, i have encountered a very cannot go-la minah ni! my sister was driving calmly (rather turtle like though)on her righteous lane, then this 1 viva(blue color indeed) was cutting her off , potong ikut suka laki tiri mak die punye bini je! n she acted as if she was right!

N it was 1inch close to hit my baby WUG- OMLV!! apa lagi, i honk her as loud n strong n long as i can. heeheehaa!! she stopped, like complete braking in the middle of the road! yes, she did!

N i am a fighter, so is my sister..(rhyme la pulak)
we played her, she was looking at the back mirror, usha la kunun.. (i'm not afraid-eminem), apa lagi we pon usha her even followed her wherevr.

n cliche-she drove even faster.. heeheehaa!

the MORAL of the story:
♫ be nice on the road, pick your lane, give signal, respect la other drivers- she was lucky that the incident happened with a bunch of girls as well.
just imagine if it happen with sum kinda of rempiters...?

INTRODUCTION

Assalamualaikum.

Hello earthlings-rather have a headache now.

Suddenly (all of a sudden, dan2) i have this calling to blog(like sriously bloggin). why? where? how?
It all started with Miss Eliaa's blog. She is so adorable n cute n plus factor she is the GF of a howt athlete, KFCM. (blah..blah..blah)

After following her blog, (xdela often sgt, derr) I have met a funny (or rather look at her) Miss Maria Elena- peliks! heeheeha! then , I decided, like yeah!! lets do this...

Its 7.59am, n just finished choosing design for this blog of mine. So, next post will be coming up soon.
I'll have everything to write about..heeheehaa...(chotto-matte!)
